Welcome to Baby & Co. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Product Information

We ensure all product details, images, and descriptions are accurate. However, slight variations in color or design may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

2. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in INR.

• We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

• Orders will be processed only after full payment is received.

3. Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message/email.
If any information is incorrect, customers must contact us immediately for correction.

4. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

• Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier partners.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or unforeseen issues.

6. Returns & Replacements

• Returns are accepted only in case of physical damage during transit.

• A full unboxing/opening video is mandatory for raising a return claim.

• Without proper video proof, returns cannot be processed.

• Products that are opened, used, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.

7. Refunds

Refunds are processed after verifying the damage through the opening video.
Refunds may take 3–7 business days to reflect, depending on the bank.

8. Non-Returnable Products

• Products without damage

• Products with missing opening video

• Used or washed products

• Customised or hygiene-related items (e.g., diapers, feeding items)

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information (name, address, phone number, etc.) is kept confidential and used only for order processing and customer support.
